My payout option(s) keeps disappearing!

Most likely you are using Payout Organizer plugin. This plugin deletes CashCrusader payout options, which are not present in the plugin itself. So add those disappearing options to Payout Organizer plugin and they will appear to CashCrusader payout options list too.
